The high alpine huts are well worth visiting in summer. From small farmed alms to high alpine refuges all run authentically and offering Tyrolean specialities and views over the surrounding mountains. Start walking directly from Haus Hugo or use the nearby Giggijoch gondola to help you reach your target more quickly. Bike holidays in Sölden
The Bike Republic Sölden exists since 2015, a developed network of trails for mountain bikers or enduro. Shaped lines, long lines, nature trails, mountain bike routes and enduro routes and two pump tracks in the village are available for all passionate biking holiday makers. The local bike schools have qualified guides available to offer all beginners help learning the correct technique to provide safety while riding the trails. The chair lifts and cable cars offer special mountain bike tickets for unlimited use of the lifts including bike transport.
On a dash through the Ötz valley. Away from the Bike Republic Sölden the Ötz valley bike route offers the perfect infrastructure for cyclists and E-bike riders. At the start of the valley the path takes you along the river winding uphill and downhill over meadows, through forests and villages. The Ötz valley bike route can be undertaken in stages or as a day trip. The return journey can be taken by bus, free of charge with the Ötztal Inside Summer Card.
